Competencies Detail Heat Treatment In heat treatment, hardening is performed depending on the desired structure and the hardness by passing through atmosphere controlled furnaces such as Camera Type Ipsen, Continuous Type Aichelin, Fluidized-Bed Type and Continuous Hardening and Tempering Furnace and then tempering is applied.


Major heat treatment applications are: Nitration, Carburization, Isothermal Annealing, Correction and Tempering, Stress Relieving, etc. under vacuum. Heat treatment conditions and technical characteristics of the parts are monitored and kept under control in the laboratory.
